Returns
Cool Socks has a 30-day returns policy; goods can only be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. The returns address is Cool Socks Ltd 32 Portland Street, Cosby Leicestershire LE91TE.
Any returns need to be received by us in the original packaging and fit for resale. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returned apparel if worn unless the socks develop a fault during the sport they were designed for.
Any defects discovered need to be reported via email to sales@coolsocks.co.uk with an image of the issue, the date of purchase, the order number, and any additional information you would like to declare relevant to the fault.
Cool Socks Limited will happily exchange damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped products for the same item.
We do not offer or include free return packaging or return labels, so unless we have sent you something faulty or incorrectly sent, the cost of return packaging and the return postage is the buyer's responsibility.
